Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Central Library

Andrés will take the audience on an interactive and movement-filled journey around the Americas during his performance, to learn about music, dance, language, and culture.

This program is bilingual in English and Spanish, and children of all ages and their families are welcome.

 

A Columbian native, Andrés Salguero (also known as 1, 2, 3 Andrés) has been hailed by Billboard Magazine as, “a rock star for little language learners” and he received the Latin Grammy Award for Best Children’s Album in 2016.  Andrés has performed at the Smithsonian Institution’s Discovery Theatre and the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage, and he has a doctorate in music from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
