Week 4: Staying Connected and Reducing Isolation through Volunteering

Volunteers make a significant contribution in the lives of others. And whether it’s delivering a meal, serving as a volunteer guardian, counseling Medicare beneficiaries or spending time with an isolated older adult, volunteers play a vital role in helping seniors maintain their safety, health and independence.

Learn about volunteer opportunities and ways that you can connect with your community through volunteering with Rachel Sparico of the Arlington Area Agency on Aging and Lisa Fikes of Volunteer Arlington.

RSVP for an event reminder; attendance is on a first come, first served basis.
