Mindfulness for Busy People
 
Mindfulness is a very popular topic these days, but how do we apply it within the context of our busy daily lives? Everyone is welcome to attend this free public talk to receive clear, practical advice about how to find peace in a busy world. By remembering this advice, we can learn how to be calm and positive even in difficult situations.
About the Teacher:
American Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Nyema, has been the Resident Teacher at Vajrayogini Center since March 2015. Before that, she served as the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina for nearly seven years. She’s known for her clear and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings, and for her sense of humor.
